A Historic Farm Evening
It was an agreeably warm august evening. The sun was just going down over the mountain when we came walking up to this beautiful farm. . Everyone was in happy spirits and Oakes wanted to pet the horses across the field so badly. He kept saying "I want to pet the neigh neighs!" Every time he would walk away, that's where he was going. Even though he couldn't actually get to them. But his excitement sure did set the tone for a fun evening.
The girls giggled at each other as I posed them. Sometimes kids don't want to hug, but Elsha and Skye ate up every prompt I gave them. I love the sisterly bond they share.
The dry dirt crunched underneath our feet as we walked towards the only grassy area around. The kids were so excited to run and play on it. They also wanted to climb on the fence of course. It is always a fan favorite.
